MEET OUR COMMITTEE

Joined club about 1984, when Sue Copsey was the Secretary. Joined committee in 1985. I was secretary for a number of years and Chairman for about 16yrs. I am now mainly concerned with the training programme, and heckle from the back benches

I'm the team manager for all disciplines for juniors and senior's. I'm also the child safety officer. I've been a member of Chipstead for 25 years and have been on the committee for the last 7 years. Come and say hi , I love a chat.

I’ve been a member of the riding club since I would walk and a member of the committee for 7 years as the treasurer. I love being part of a fantastic club who feel like an extended family.

I have been a member of Chipstead riding club for over 15 years and have been club Secretary since 2020. I've loved being part of the club, it's so friendly and welcoming. I've particularly enjoyed riding on the teams, which I have been doing since I was 13!! It's a great club to be a part of, and compete with!

I have been a member of Chipstead Riding Club for at least 20 years with at least half of those spending time on the committee as Membership Secretary. I got my own horse, Jack, when I was in my late thirties and we competed up to Novice level dressage until he took early retirement, and we spent his last years going for sedate(ish) hacks. I now share a coloured ex eventer and still try to go for sedate hacks but am less successful!

Hi! I’ve been part of CRC for 10+ years and part of the committee for the past 3 or 4 years. Maybe more! Time flies when you are having fun.

You may see me around doing the off competition on my horses or being show secretary of our annual Hunter Trials.

I love the club, for the people I have met, the opportunities it has given me and the knowledge that has been passed down to me. As part of the committee, I hope I can help others find the love of their horses and the love for CRC too.

I joined the club a few years ago and love how supportive everyone is. Having run a horse riding club at university, I enjoy encouraging people to get out there and come have fun with us. You’ll most likely see me taking pictures & videos at our events and you are welcome to message me at anytime if you want copies!

I originally joined the riding club back in the early 2000s when I had my first horse, but then took a break to raise my family before re-joining in 2019 with my daughter and our horse Shadow. The riding club is so welcoming and I love having a go at all our competitions and clinics. I have recently joined the committee to help arrange our dressage judges and run one of our dressage events.
